Vinge advises Sequent Invest in connection with the acquisition of Svensk Linjebesiktning

Vinge has advised Sequent Invest in connection with the acquisition of Svensk Linjebesiktning from Iris Group. Svensk Linjebesiktning is an independent full service supplier and partner in relation to inspection and quality checks of electrical and telecommunications networks. The company has approximately 50 employees and conducts operations throughout Sweden.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Daniel Rosvall and associate Maria Dahlin. Associates Robin Dangoor and Magnus Wieslander advised on the financing aspects of the transaction.
