Vinge advises sellers in connection with the sale of Projectplace

Vinge has advised the shareholders of Projectplace Holding AB, including the majority shareholders InnovationsKapital and Via Venture Partners, in connection with the sale of Projectplace to the US registered company, Planview. Projectplace offers cloud-based project management tools and has approximately 175 employees spread over offices in eight countries. The companies’ aggregate turnover will exceed USD 125 million.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Johan Winnerblad and Johan Larsson together with, among others, associates Alex Miler and Joakim Rydergård and project assistant Josefin Backlund.

Vinge has advised the FEA Group, which includes Freys Hyrverk and Stockholm Limousine Service, in connection with its merger with Inclusion Services International

The merger strengthens the new FEA Group’s capacity and service offering, which includes everything from comprehensive travel planning and hotel bookings to security-classified passenger transport and risk assessments. According to management, the newly formed group will have a unique position in the Swedish market with the opportunity to introduce new transport and security solutions that are currently unmatched in the country.
