Vinge Advises Securia on Acquisition of SBM Fordonsmärkning

Litorina’s portfolio company Securia has acquired SBM Fordonsmärkning. During 2007 SBM’s turnover reached an approximate value of SEK 30 million. Securia is one of Sweden’s major providers of locking devices and services connected to personal and financial security. SMG is a major provider of security features for cars and related insurance products.

Vinge’s team included Johan Winnerblad, Sara Axelsson, Elin Hjort and Peter Larsson.
