Vinge Advises Securia on Acquisition of SBM Fordonsmärkning

Litorina’s portfolio company Securia has acquired SBM Fordonsmärkning. During 2007 SBM’s turnover reached an approximate value of SEK 30 million. Securia is one of Sweden’s major providers of locking devices and services connected to personal and financial security. SMG is a major provider of security features for cars and related insurance products.

 The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. Vinge advises IK Partners and Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik

 Vinge has advised IK Partners and its portfolio company Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik, a company specialising in refrigeration technology and refrigeration services in southern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
