VINGE ADVISES SCHIBSTED MEDIA GROUP IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ANUMEX

Vinge has advised Schibsted Media Group in conjunction with its acquisition of the Mexican company Anumex, an online buy and sell marketplace. The sellers are the founders and financial investors. Schibsted’s currently owns the largest actor on the Mexican market, i.e. Segundamano.mx, and the acquisition of Anumex will strengthen Schibsted’s position.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with associates Alex Miler and Matthias Pannier.
