Schibsted ASA has made a recommended takeover offer for Aspiro AB (publ). Vinge is advising Schibsted.

Vinge’s team consists of Göran Nyström, Erik Sjöman, Jesper Schönbeck, Jo-Anna Nordström, Rikard Lindahl, Joakim Hagberg, Maria Schultzberg (tax), Maria Doeser (tax), Peter Alstergren (competition) and Emil Fahlén Godö (competition).
