Vinge advises Schibsted in conjunction with investment in Savr

Vinge has advised Schibsted in conjunction with its investment in Savr AB. The investment round, which is headed by Schibsted, will cotribute SEK 162 million to the company. Savr is a fund platform which repays all fund commission to its customers.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Johan Winnerblad, Emma Stuart-Beck, Henrik Schön, Caroline Krassén, Anton Sjökvist and Sofia Bergenstråhle.
