Vinge advises Scandinavian Photo in conjunction with the purchase of the Norwegian company FotoVideo

Vinge has advised Scandinavian Photo in conjunction with the purchase of FotoVideo. Scandinavian Photo is the leading photo and video distributor in the Swedish market and FotoVodeo has an equivalent position in the Norwegian market. In 2010, the companies had a combined total turnover of MSEK 740.

The listing was carried out through a cross-border merger whereby PPI absorbed Public Property Invest ASA, whose shares were previously listed on Euronext Oslo Børs.
