Vinge advises SCA Energy on joint venture with E.ON

Vinge has advised SCA Energy, which has entered into a joint venture with E.ON whereby E.ON and SCA will jointly develop several wind power projects. The co-operation relates to approximately 270 wind power turbines in Northern Sweden with a total energy production exceeding 2 TWh, which is equivalent to sufficient electricity to heat 100,000 Swedish homes.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Bo Adrianzon and Thomas Sjöberg together with project assistant Elisabeth Letzén and paralegal Sara Andersson.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
