Vinge has advised Road Rental in conjunction with its acquisition of the family owned company Trafik & TA i Sverige AB which, inter alia, establishes and project manages TA plans, APD plans as well as TF plans.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Gunilla Nyman.
