Vinge advises Rieber & Søn in connection with its acquisition of Accept Försäkringsaktiebolag (publ)

Accept, with headquarter in Stockholm, has been an innovator in the Swedish insurance market since its formation in 1998. The company was the first with offering loss of income insurance and has since offered products that complement the general insurance offering. Today, Accept delivers web-based insurance solutions customised for its offering.

Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Jonas Bergström, Kristoffer Larsson and Gustav Wahlberg.

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
