Vinge advises Redevco on the acquisition of a property in Toftanäs

Vinge advises Redevco on the acquisition of the property Parkeringsljuset 1 from NCC Fastigheter AB. The property Parkeringsljuset 1 is situated in Toftanäs retail park in eastern Malmö and consists of two trade buildings with a total area of 4,800 square metres. The purchase price is MSEK 101.

Redevco Sweden AB is represented by partner Patrick Forslund assisted by associate Jonas Erlandsson.
