Vinge advises Re:NewCell on its IPO

Vinge advises Re:NewCell AB in connection with its listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

The company is the first in the world to commercially offer a dissolving pulp for textile production manufactured from 100 per cent recycled textiles.

The Vinge team includes Christian Lindhé, Erik Sjöman, Ludvig Frithiof and Nora Gullberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A), Henrik Ossborn and Jack Bengtsson (Banking and Finance), Anna Edström and Martin Svanberg (M&A) as well as Maria Schultzberg (Tax).

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
