Vinge advises Ratos on acquisition of minority interest in MCC

Vinge is advising Ratos in connection with Ratos increasing its ownership in MCC from 60% to 100%. Ratos acquired 60% of the shares in MCC from its founder in April 2007. MCC is a nice supplier of customized climate systems with high performance and quality for vehicles produced in short series.
