PropTech Energy consists of the companies Ömangruppen and Axcell Fastighetspartner. Through the acquisition of P2 Energi AB, an energy consulting company within heating, ventilation and cooling technology, PropTech Energy strengthens its focus on energy efficiency.

Vinge's team consisted of Jonas Johansson and Filip Magnusson (M&A), Carla Zachariasson (Agreements), Fredrika Hjelmberg (IT/GDPR) and Narin Melazade (Employment).

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
