Vinge advises Profoto in connection with the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Vinge advises Profoto Holding AB (publ) in connection with the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. The prospectus was published on 21 June 2021 and the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm was 1 July 2021. The offering price was SEK 66 per share, corresponding to a market value of approximately SEK 2,6 billion.

The Vinge team mainly includes Christian Lindhé, Erik Sjöman, Martin Svanberg and Nora Gullberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A) and Anna Edström and Lena Westberg (M&A).
