Vinge advises Power Systems Technologies, Ltd. and Flex, Ltd.

Vinge has advised Power Systems Technologies, Ltd. and Flex, Ltd. in connection with the acquisition of Ericsson’s Power Module business.

Vinge’s team consisted of counsel Ulrich Ziche together with, among others, partners Johan Göthberg and Malin Ohlin, associates Linda Sengul, Carl Sander, Sara Strandberg, Carolina Walther, Grant McKelvey, Sofia Ekdahl, Nicklas Thorgerzon, VDR assistant Sofie Sundin and Karin Schwebach and Jesper Lindvall.

Vinge advises Morrow Bank in connection with cross-border merger and list change from Oslo Børs to Nasdaq Stockholm

 Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
