Vinge advises Platzer on the acquisition of office property in Mölndal

Vinge has advised Platzer in conjunction with the acquisition of the property MIMO in Mölndal with a total gross area of approximately 40 000 square metres. The seller is NCC. Two office buildings have been erected on the property. Closing will take place in the end of December 2024.

Vinge's team consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larson.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
