Vinge has advised Platzer Fastigheter in connection with the sale of property development rights for 280 residential properties at Gamlastadens Fabriker in Gothenburg to JM for an underlying property development value of SEK 150 000 000. The transaction was performed as a corporate sale and includes a land area of approximately 5000 square metres with future property development rights for residential purposes of approximately 25 000 square metres on a tract of land which Platzer purchased from Aberdeen earlier this year.
