VINGE ADVISES PLATZER IN CONJUNCTION WITH SALE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF GOTHEBURG

The City of Gothenburg has acquired real estate from Platzer situated in Gullbergsvass containing a multi-storey car park and parking spaces for SEK 210 million and concurrently therewith Platzer has been granted a right to acquire future development rights following completion of the new Hisings bridge. The transaction is part of the facilitation steps relating to a new waterways connection in Gothenburg.
