VINGE ADVISES PLATZER FASTIGHETER IN CONNECTION WITH HÖGSBO TRANSACTION

Vinge has advised Platzer Fastigheter in connection with its disposal of five properties with an area of 19 300 sq.m. located in southern Högsbo to Kungsleden among others for SEK 178 million. The sale is part of Platxer Fastigheter’s ambition to concentrate its holdings to northern Högsbo.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Olof Jisland and associate Mercedes Anderås.

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
