Vinge advises Perusa in connection with offer on Dialect

Perusa Partners Fund 2, L.P. has made a cash offer to the shareholders of Dialect AB (publ), comprising all outstanding shares in the company. Dialect is a supplier of IT and telephone solutions to companies.

Vinge is advising Perusa in connection with the offer. Vinge’s team primarily consists of Johan Göthberg, Oscar Rydén and Peter Issa.
