Vinge advises Oxx in conjunction with an investment in Kodiak Hub

Kodiak Hub, a Swedish software as a service (SaaS) company, which offers its customers an AI-based software platform, has performed a capital procurement of EUR 6 million. The venture capital fund Oxx, which invests in SaaS companies, is the largest investor.

Vinge’s team advising Oxx consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Michella Lina Said, Arvid Axelryd and Martin Boström.

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books. Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally. The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
