Vinge advises Opus in connection with the takeover bid from Ograi

Ograi BidCo AB has announced a public offer to the shareholders of Opus Group AB (publ) to tender all their shares in Opus to Ograi.

The offer values Opus at SEK 2,250 million.

The Vinge team is headed by Erik Sjöman and Anders Strid.

On 22 April 2025, RWK Bidco AB, a newly formed company indirectly wholly owned by KKR Funds, announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Biotage AB to tender all ordinary shares in Biotage to RWK Bidco at a price of SEK 145 in cash per ordinary share.
