Vinge Advises Optimera Svenska on Acquisition of Surahammars Bygg and Trävaror

Surahammars Bygg & Trävaror has reached a turnover of approximately SEK 161 million. Optimera Sverige’s turnover reaches approximately SEK 2,5 billion. The Optimera group is owned by French Saint-Gobain which is a part of Saint-Gobain Distribution Nordic.

Optimera Svenska AB was represented by partner Jan Örtenholm joined by Magnus Hedsund, Kristian Ford, Lynn Andersson and Johanna Lindman.
