VINGE ADVISES ON WALLENSTAM’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE TO PLATZER

Vinge has advised Wallenstam in connection with the sale of four properties in Gothenburg to Platzer. The properties are situated in the southern part of Gothenburg. A site in Högsbo was also included in the transaction. The price was SEK 700 million.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Olof Gisland and Jens Sundell.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
