Vinge advises on the sale of Vinnergi Holding AB

Vinge has advised Sobro and other shareholders in connection with the sale of Vinnergi Holding AB to Polaris, a Nordic investment firm. In connection with the transaction, the management and employees are reinvesting a significant portion to further develop the company. The Vinnergi Group conducts operations in technology consulting and software development in Sweden, with a particular focus on telecoms, energy and real estate.

The transaction is subject to applicable regulatory approvals.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Desirée Hagenfeldt, Michella Lina Said, Fanny Askelöf and Christoffer Widström.

 On 22 April 2026, Nordea and SEB entered into a credit facility agreement in the aggregate amount of SEK 2,000,000,000 (with an accordion option for an additional SEK 400,000,000) with Humble Group AB (publ).
