Vinge has advised in connection with the sale of all of the shares in Väggmaterial i Sverige AB to Volati JBF AB.

Väggmaterial conducts operations in relation to paints, corner protectors and other painting products.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Anders Strid and associate Jenny Sandlund.
