Vinge has advised the shareholders of Sundbom & Partners in conjunction with the sale to Mirovia. Sundbom & Partners is a niche consultancy company in the ERP industry and has had an annual growth of 22.4% over the last five years.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partner Johan Winnerblad.
