Vinge advises on the sale of SmartTrust

Vinge is advising The Carlyle Group and other sellers in connection with the acquisition by Giesecke & Devrient of SmartTrust AB.

SmartTrust is a developer of MDM and SIM management software. Operators of more than 200 mobile networks worldwide rely on SmartTrust’s technology.

The Vinge team advising the sellers includes corporate partner Jan Byström and corporate associates Ulrich Ziche, Peter Sundgren and Caroline Strömbäck.
