Vinge advises on the sale of Retune Group to Co-native

Sobro and other shareholders in Retune Group have entered into an agreement to sell the company to Co-native.

Retune Group is a Stockholm-based cloud specialist in Microsoft 365 and modern, secure IT workplaces, with 45 employees and a turnover of more than SEK 100 million. At the same time, Sobro and certain key employees are reinvesting in Co-native.

Vinge's team consisted of, among others, Johan Winnerblad, Chris Bastholm and Lovisa Arpi.
