VINGE ADVISES ON THE SALE OF POOLKUNGEN, ET AL

Vinge has advised on the sale of the Badia group which comprises, among others, Poolkungen, a company which sells pools and SPA baths primarily to consumers from stores in several locations in Sweden. Badia’s results (EBT) for 2014 amounted to approximately SEK 26 million. The purchaser is Beijerinvest.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Anders Strid and associate Daniel Lennartsson.

Vinge advises IK Partners and Selatek in connection with the acquisition of Jamo Sikring

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
