Vinge advises on the sale of Palmlunds Skolor

Vinge has advised Ek & Palmlund AB et al. in connection with the sale of Palmlunds Skolor to Læringsverkstedet.

Læringsverkstedet is Norway’s largest private preschools actor and has now acquired Palmlunds schools and preschools in Southern Sweden.
 
Vinge’s team consisted of partner Kristian Ford together with, among others, associate Niklas Törnell. Partner Anna Edström advised on commercial property issues.
