Vinge has advised Sobro and other owners in conjunction with Helix Kapital becoming a new owner partner in NCS Colour, together with the management team.

Vinge has advised Sobro and other owners in conjunction with Helix Kapital becoming a new owner partner in NCS Colour, together with the management team. NCS Colour was founded in 1945 and has grown to become the central industry standard for colour communication in the paint industry, architecture and design sector.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Nicolina Lavdas and Fanny Askelöf.
