Vinge advises on the sale of Infocube AB to Jeeves Information Systems AB

Vinge has advises the sellers in connection with the transfer of all shares in Infocube AB to Battery Venture’s subsidiary, Jeeves Information Systems AB. Infocube which, inter alia, conducts operations in Sweden and the US, is the largest distributors of the business. Jeeves has sales of approximately SEK 120 million and has more than 100 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Anders Strid together with associates Christina Fara (M&A) and Joel Zetterström (IT).

Censor M&A acted as the sellers’ financial advisers.

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
