Vinge advises on the sale of Dafo Vehicle

Vinge has advised Sobro and the other owners in connection with the sale of Dafo Vehicle to the US based United Safety & Survivability Corporation. Dafo Vehicle is a leading supplier of fire detection and suppression systems for vehicles and the acquisition creates a global leader within vehicle safety systems.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Manon De Cooman, Eléonore Friberg, Philip Moré and Saga Meyer Viklund (M&A), Johan Cederblad (Environmental), Jolene Reimerson and Jacob Eberil (Commercial Agreements), Ian Jonson (IP), Jessica Öijer, Johanna Engström and Christoffer Widström (Transaction Support).
