Vinge advises on the sale of Ahlsell

Vinge has advised the management of Ahlsell in connection with the sale of Ahlsell by Cinven, Golman Sachs and the company’s management to CVC for approximately SEK 16 billion and the management’s reinvestment in the new holding company for the Ahlsell Group. The new holding company is jointly owned with CVC. Signing took place on 28 February 2012. 

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Christina Kokko and Mattias Schömer and associates Paul Dali and Tora Hansjons.
