Vinge advises on sale of school operations

Vinge has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Brunnby school through Montessoriförskolan Björken AB to Montessori Förskolor och Skolor i Sverige AB, which is part of the Atvexa group, and the sale of school properties to Kunskapsporten AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Kristian Ford together with, among others, associate Niklas Törnell. Partner Anna Edström advised on real estate issues.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
