VINGE ADVISES ON SALE OF LÖPLABBET

Vinge has advised KFI Kapital AB, a wholly owned subsidiary within the KF group, in connection with the sale of KFI Kapital’s shares in Löplabbet AB. Löplabbet currently has 13 stores in Sweden and a turnover of approximately SEK 110.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with associate Joacim Rydergård and paralegal Pernilla Warg.
