Vinge advises on sale of HÄRDtekno

Vinge has advised Driconeq Production AB in conjunction with the sale of HÄRDtekno i Kristinehamn AB to Bodycote Värmebehandling AB. 

HÄRDtekno conducts operations relating to heat treatment of steel and other metals. 

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Isabelle Jengsell (project manager), Ulrich Ziche, Joacim Rydergård, Johan Winnerblad and Viktoria Owetz.
