A proposal has been submitted to divide Investment AB Öresund (publ) into two separate companies pursuant to a redemption procedure.

Vinge is advising Öresund. Vinge's team primarily consists of Göran Nyström, Erik Sjöman, Jo-Anna Nordström, Dan Hanqvist, Katarina Rykowska and Rikard Lindahl.
