Vinge advises on Artimplant’s rights issue

Vinge has advised Artimplant AB (publ) in connection with its rights issue of units (shares and warrants) and reduction of the company’s share capital. Artimplant is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of Andrs Strid, Anna Björk Larsson, Emma Kero Ljungberg and Michele Fara.
