Vinge advises Nuvia NORDIC AB in connection with the acquisition of Elajo Engineering AB

Vinge has advised Nuvia NORDIC AB, a subsidiary of Soletanche Freyssinet, on its acquisition of Elajo Engineering AB.

Elajo Engineering AB offers radiation protection services to customers within the nuclear industry och has it registered office in Oskarshamn. The business is conducted at the premises of the nuclear customers, primarily in Sweden.

Vinges team consisted of, among others, Christina Kokko, Daniel Rosvall, Manne Bergström, Michaela Cronemyr and Hannes Pettersson.

Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I and on a fund credit facility agreement in connection with the fundraising

Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of the continuation fund Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I AB. In connection with the establishment, the fund acquires the portfolio companies SI and SMG from Alder II. Vinge also advised Alder on the entering into of a fund credit facility agreement with SEB.
