Vinge Advises NREP Sweden 1 AB on Acquisition of a Number of Shopping Centres

Nordic Real Estate Partners (NERP) acquires six shipping centres in Eskilstuna, Katrineholm, Köping, Uddevalla and Stockholm. Admission to the properties is set for February.

NREP is represented by partner Stefan De Hevesy joined by associate Anders Frick.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
