Vinge advises Norvestor, a Norwegian private equity firm

Vinge has advised Norvestor, the Norwegian private equity firm, in connection with the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Aspis Sweden AB, the Nordic region’s leading supplier of software-as-a-service solutions for permission based mass distribution of newsletters.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Peter Morawetz and associates Marcus Bergdahl, Karl Svantemark and Martin Hall.
