VINGE ADVISES NOKIA GROWTH PARTNERS IN CONNECTION WITH INVESTMENT IN MAG INTERACTIVE

MAG Interactive has received a total of USD 6 million in financing from Nokia Growth Partners and another private investor. MAG Interactive develops mobile apps and launched its first game, Ruzzle, in March 2012. Since then Ruzzle has been downloaded more than 45 million times and has appeared on the top 10 list of most downloaded apps in almost 150 countries.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad and associates Alex Miler, Adam Weissbach and Karl Hahtovirta.

Vinge advises Ikano Bank on acquisition of loan portfolio from Entercard

 Vinge has advised Ikano Bank AB (publ) on the acquisition of a portfolio of performing consumer loans from Entercard Group AB. As at 30 September 2026, the contractual amount of the loans totalled approximately SEK 7 billion.
