Vinge is advising the board of directors of Nilörngruppen AB in relation to the public offer from AB Traction published 9 March 2009. Nilörngruppen AB is listed at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and works with design, manufacturing and sales of labels and label concepts to the fashion and clothing industry.
