Vinge advises NAPF Sweden AB

Vinge has advised NAPF Sweden AB (which is part of the real estate fund Nordic Aktiv Property Fund) in relation to its disposal of properties in Norrköping. The properties were sold in corporate form to Landic Property Sverige AB and thereafter concurrently sold to CA Fastigheter AB.
 
Nordic Aktiv Property Fund is one of Sweden's largest real estate funds and is managed by Valad Property Group the Swedish registered office of which is located in Malmö.
 
Vinge's team consisted of Lars Gildéus, Sofia Olsson and Magnus Bigner.
