Vinge advises Motorola, Inc. on the acquisition of shares in UI Holdings BV

Vinge advises Motorola, Inc. on the acquisition of shares in UI Holdings BV from Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. Through this acquisition Motorola will become the owner of 50 per cent of the shares in UI Holdings BV, the parent company of UIQ Technology AB. Under the agreement, Motorola and Sony Ericsson will work together and jointly invest in the development of UIQ.

Motorola is represented by partner Johan Winnerblad assisted by associate Per Larsson.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
