Vinge advises Midway in conjunction with the acquisition of Eribel

Vinge has advised Midway Holding in conjunction with the purchase of the entire issued share capital in Eribel Production AB. Eribel is a sub-contracting supplier of electronics, primarily in respect of medical and industrial equipment. The turnover for 2010 amounted to SEK 110 million with profit after financial items amounting to SEK 3.8 million. The purpose of the acquisition is to co-ordinate the operations with Onrox AB, which Midaway has owned since 2005.
Peter Oscarsson of Vinge advised Midway in conjunction with the acquisition.
