Vinge advises Micronic Laser Systems in connection with its acquisition of MYDATA automation

Vinge advises Micronic Laser Systems AB (publ) (“Micronic”) in connection with its acquisition of MYDATA automation AB. Skanditek Industriförvaltning AB (publ) (“Skanditek”) and a number of minority shareholders in MYDATA are sellers. Payment will be made in the form of newly-issued shares in Micronic. Following the transaction, which values MYDATA to MSEK 304, Skanditek will be the largest shareholder in Micronic.

Micronic is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Vinge’s team includes, inter alia, Pontus Enquist (partner in charge), Per Larsson, Emil Hedberg, Mari Hansson and Christoffer Benninge.

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo.
